Privacy policy

Information we collect

Account holders: your name, email address and a securely hashed password, plus your language preference.

Invitations: the details you write (names, dates, venues, messages) and your guest list if you choose to add one (names, number of people, phone numbers, notes).

Guests who reply: the name, answer, number of people and optional message they type into the reply form. Guests do not need an account.

Technical data: a sign-in cookie for account holders, a cookie remembering your language, and, on the guest's own device, a note that they already replied. Our hosting and security providers process IP addresses to deliver the site and block abuse.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to show your invitation to the people you share it with, deliver replies to you, send account emails (confirmation and password reset), keep the service secure, and moderate content that breaks our terms.

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use invitation content to profile anyone.

Who can see it

Your invitation drafts, guest list and replies are visible only to you. Published invitations are visible to anyone who has the link; they are hidden from search engines.

Guests never see other guests' replies. A small number of administrators can see account emails and invitation titles to run and moderate the service; every administrative action is logged.

Service providers

We rely on: Supabase (database and accounts, servers in Europe), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms, when enabled) and an email delivery provider for account emails. They process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Invitations, guest lists and replies are kept while your account exists. You can delete replies and guests at any time. When an account is deleted, its invitations, guest lists and replies are deleted with it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and guests can ask us to remove a reply. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
