Guide: creating your invitation
Ten short steps, from choosing the occasion to sharing your link. Your draft saves itself as you go, and you can return to any step at any time.

Choose the occasion
Open the studio and pick your celebration: wedding, engagement, henna and more.

Choose and preview a template
Tap “Preview” to see a template on a phone, then “Use this template”.

Names and texts
Write the names, the invitation text and a closing line. Open “Suggestions” for ready-made texts you can use or edit.

Date, time and place
Add each event with its date, time, venue and a Google Maps link. Choose the venue's time zone.

Colours, lettering and Hijri date
Pick an accent colour, the lettering, and whether guests see the Hijri date (you can adjust it by a day or two).

Photos
Add a couple or venue photo and a small gallery. Photos are resized on your phone before upload.

Music
Choose a licensed track from the library or upload your own. Music never starts by itself: guests tap to play.

The programme
Add the moments of the day with times, descriptions and icons. Reorder them freely; guests see an animated timeline.

Guests and privacy
Turn replies (RSVP) on or off, set a deadline and a WhatsApp number. Only people with your link can open the invitation.

Preview, publish and share
Check everything on the preview, publish, then copy your link, share it on WhatsApp or download its QR code.
